The closest club for most of Parkland is the Boca Raton location at 7050 W Palmetto Park Rd, Suite 36, Boca Raton, FL 33433, in the Garden Shops at Powerline and Palmetto. The drive takes about 15–20 minutes depending on traffic.

The simplest route is Hillsboro Boulevard east to Powerline Road, then north on Powerline to Palmetto Park Road. The Boca Raton club is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM.

One membership works at all three clubs. Parkland residents usually visit Boca Raton, but you can also use the Weston club at 4491 Weston Rd (next to Chipotle), an option for west Parkland commuters. Heading north, the Boynton Beach club at 1779 N Congress Ave (next to EOS Fitness) has an on-site Smoothie Bar. Weston and Boynton Beach are open Monday through Friday 10 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday through Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM.
