For Lantana locals, our Boynton Beach club is the most convenient option. It is at 1779 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426, at the corner of Gateway Boulevard and Congress Avenue, in the plaza next to EOS Fitness.
The drive from Lantana is usually about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. The easiest route for most people is I-95 South to the Gateway Boulevard exit, then west to Congress Avenue. This location also has an on-site Smoothie Bar, so you can grab a drink right after your session.

Getting there from Lantana
- From Lantana Public Beach and Ocean Avenue: Head west on Ocean Avenue, pick up I-95 South, and exit at Gateway Boulevard. It takes about 10–15 minutes.
- From the Lantana Airport area: Head south on Congress Avenue. It is a straight shot down to Gateway Boulevard, about 10–15 minutes depending on the lights.
- From Hypoluxo Island and east Lantana: Take US-1 (Federal Highway) south to Gateway Boulevard, then turn right and drive west to Congress Avenue. You will arrive in about 15–20 minutes.
- From west Lantana along Lantana Road: Head east on Lantana Road to Congress Avenue, turn right, and drive south to our plaza at Gateway and Congress.
